Chronicles of Summer: part 3

A couple weeks ago my good friend, Liz, asked me to go to the Seahawks game with her! It was my very first pro football game and it was quite the experience. They played the Oakland Raiders and demolished them.

The stadium was packed and it was a pre-season game, even.
Liz is so much fun!
Our other friend, Josh, had a birthday so we all celebrated his life by going to the rodeo in Ellensburg, WA.
We rode down with Ken and Carol and stopped in a small town called Cle Elum (pronounced “Clee Ellum”) and found a quaint little bakery that we decided to try.
When we made it to the rodeo, I immediately felt at home. Cowboy boots and cowboy hats everywhere!
It made me proud that some of the best cowboys traveled all the way from Oklahoma, Kansas, and Texas. Yee-haw.

From left to right, Josh (birthday boy), Terri, Ken, Carol.

Made me miss home! 🙂
